My new cookies for the next month are from Natures Bakery - one is a whole wheat date brownie, the other is a soft strawberry granola bar tye thing. They are about 200 calories each, and have fiber.
Yesterday i ate those, and oranges, and sourdough bread and vegan cheese sandwiches with iceberg / burg? lettuce. And a coffee of course. I have fixins for one sandwich left.
