I had an English muffin and a bowl of steamed vegetables and a coffee with skim milk and Splenda so far. I am not very hungry so I plan on saving my calories for dinner. Dinner will be turkey and mashed potato’s. I am able to eat another English muffin and some goldfish as well if I want lunch or a snack. I have written down 1,170 calories for the day but it might be less because I didn’t finish all the vegetables.

Today I am just not very hungry. I’m not restricting on purpose.
