Honestly if this person isn’t your actual therapist from like medical facility or a clinic or even private practice, but someone from 7 cups (might not be licensed therapist or licensed in your state) , they aren’t obligated and perhaps aren’t even allowed to reply to you, especially if you aren't currently receiving their services.

There is no harm in contacting them again in case they didn’t see your email but I’d probably ask sites owners if “listeners” are expected to reply to former clients
