It will be a good thing if the perpetrator(s) is/are discovered, quickly. It is hard to know who or why, in this case. We'll see. I hope it isn't what I think it is. I have very strong doubts that it would be a foreign terrorist, but who knows. I think they are much more likely (a) domestic actor(s).
