I am failing at eating today. I had my chips and Mountain Dew. Then I had a little cup of peanut butter and an Atkins shake. But I can’t even force myself to finish a little bag of popcorn. I will get into trouble with my team if I don’t eat but sometimes I physically can’t.

Nothing sounds good right now. Not even lobster which most people would jump at the chance to eat. I don’t know what to do. It has never been this easy to lose weight before.
