This guy is infuriating. He was caught cheating. You weren’t separated and were fully married AND physically intimate with each other. If he was distraught after police incident he could separate, not sleep with you, sleep on a couch, keep his distance, take time off etc Instead he acted like nothing is wrong and kept marriage going while getting a girlfriend lined up.
