Unfortunately the marshmellows and Baileys got me together with 5 chocolates and sweet prawn cocktail sauce and hidden sugars in gravy and stuffing mix,I did stay off the sugar laden desserts so it could have been much worse,my sugars went up to 27mmol/L or 493g too high but I will get it down again and the plan is to avoid added sugar foods and any processed foods containing sugar and absolutel it's no no choc,cakes,ice creme etc None at all.My plan is to get my sugars back to normal in the next two months and down to safer levels as soon as possible.
