i agree with the other wise and WONDERFUL posters that he hasn't been kind to you at all. i'd suggest to talk to him about ALL of this and see how it goes from there. Make him UnderstAnd that you're feeling hurt by his comments and if he doesn't change his behavior then definitely consider closing this relationship!
