No actually I haven't. I've been in kind of a rut with planning to do things then not actually following through. But I will be implementing it back into my routine soon. It is helpful. I've just, I've gotten better at, idk the best way to describe it, maybe compartmentalizing things? Like my anxiety? I acknowledge it, work through it, then I put it away somewhere in my mind where I don't consciously think about it. Idk if that makes any sense. I kind of categorize thoughts as anxiety/worry and then work through them, put them away then that's that, I move on and try not to look back or dwell on things
Some other things are helpful too. Like that frozen washcloth thing I've been doing. I used that last night when I was starting to get anxious after I took the new medication
