I, too, am at the heaviest I've ever been - by far. I'd completely stopped Seroquel and lost 20 lbs. in 3 weeks. It was a very pleasant surprise. Had so much sleep trouble that I went back in Seroquel and almost immediately gained 20+ back. It's very discouraging.
