That’s a good point, it could become just somewhere to vent. I’ve seen ones you can buy that are like wellness journals which might keep it more positive. I started taking pictures to try and remember the good times but I fell out of habit with it. Oh god yeah, I had a diary as a teenager and my mum found it...that was an absolute nightmare. Don’t think my partner would read it, but there’s always the worry.
