It’s been up in the air for awhile if I have an eating disorder or not. Lately people think it’s a bigger deal then I think it is. Because they think I’m restricting and I don’t look like I need to lose weight. I am just an incredibly picky eater and I eat weird things. I don’t eat a lot of fresh meat. I get my protein from eggs and peanut butter. But I’ll eat meat in canned foods and soup. I eat just scrambled eggs at least 5 nights a week for dinner. I don’t eat frozen foods. I don’t like very high sodium food so I’ll dump the broth out of my soup and just eat the noodles. I’ll eat imported chocolate from the UK but not a lot of other chocolate. I count out each piece of chocolate to get the correct serving. One bag of chips lasts me for 6 once a day snacks since the servings per container is usually 6. I count out each individual chip. I do a lot of measuring and counting. I eat about 1 meal a day. I just eat snacks for the rest of the day.

I’ve lost 13 pounds since Thanksgiving.
