An update for anyone else in my situation. There will be an investigation launched, no matter what. Right now it doesn't look like it will go to trial, but it may. They have 60 days to complete the investigation. Therapy has started, and I was diagnosed with PTSD, and am being put on anti-depressants.

Note: One thing we didn't know is that you don't have to let Child Welfare or CPS into your home. Get a lawyer, and then meet to make sure your families rights are fought for and validated. We didn't know this, which is why we are in the mess we are in now.
