Definitely tell your pdoc so you can taper off it asap. TD can get worse and be permanent and the risk of that happening increases if you stay on it. There may be other treatments that don't have much of a TD risk that will work for you (Abilify has a pretty high risk of movement disorders compared to other atypical antipsychotics).
