I lost over a pound since yesterday. I peed like 8 times though. No idea why I went so much. I ordered groceries last night and this morning and got all the usual stuff I eat. Soup, canned ravioli, canned ham, peanut butter, chips, Rice cakes, imported UK candy, and granola and protein bars. Also I got some orange juice, a case of diet code red Mountain Dew, and a box of macarons. Today I had a little cup of peanut butter, a Mountain Dew, a Kinder card bar, and for lunch I had a can of Chef Boyardee macaroni and cheese. The sodium content was outrageous on it but I just didn’t care. I plan on having 3 scrambled eggs for dinner and a serving of Taco Doritos for a snack. 1,242 calories today.
