I supplement my 2 per week therapy sessions with a NAMI group once/week, being here regularly on the forum, and participating in chat here on Wednesdays. IOP could be a good idea, if it's available to you (I'd do it if I could). And, of course, like Lostislost mentioned, if your finances allow some T's will see you several times per week.
The only other option I can think of is something with holistic medicine. Again, money is a determining factor, but many holistic health practitioners will work on sliding scale, if that helps. I'm thinking acupuncture, massage, etc.
