Right, we call them clones. Sometimes we double click without realizing it, and so two of "us" enter chat. Then it's often the actual name that drops off, leaving the "clone" with the numbers added, to chat.

It's happened to lots of us, no problem You can leave chat and reenter it and it should be fine right then. TC
