I had a breakfast sandwich without meat this morning, rice and beans for lunch, a salad for dinner and grits as a snack. I ate two servings of grits. I was stressed. And I wanted the carbs. I don't know what my calories were. I quit counting. I haven't been doing my yoga but I was active today with housework.
