Today exercised more with using small hand weights, worked out with exercise dvd and walked my dog 15-20 minutes, and did eat ok. My breakfast and lunch were good, then drank cocoa in the afternoon, and at dinner maybe a little extra starch that could have chosen to omit. For dinner ate tortilla chips and saltines with vegetarian chili, and later vanilla Greek yogurt and not quite full pack of pretzel m and m’s.
