I am working tomorrow, ( have to take a shower if all goes well.)
get enough sleep not ignore or snooze the alarm.
You know how much I hate to take showers.
I have lost a couple of pounds this week, 5 days af.
I actually went to the gym to walk on the tred mill.
I made a mile and spend 10 minutes on the hydro bed.
I forgot how much I like that. that will be my reward for
going to the gym. Jeff gave me some ear buds
so I can listen to one of the shows there are 5 different channels.
I use to watch the cooking competitions. But they did not have
them on. they closed at 9pm on fridays. So I had time to do the hydro bed.
I loved it. They are different since I was there last 6 months ago.
they are really a chair, lounger like.
anyway So far so good on the not drinking this week.
Am also eating less, better food choices.
Had carrot ginger soup and poppy seed chopped kale salad kit.
Jeff had tabouli and clam chowder.
I work a full day tomorrow 4 clients.
I will still have time to get my gumbo tomorrow.
Jeff bought fancy ear plugs,
did I tell you already? then are charged up and last 3 days,
he listens to tranquil cascade, rain, drone sounds etc.
He can't hear my snoring which is great for him and relieves
me of my guilt of my snoring.
I am needing to get ready for bed. It was a very good
x-files tonight.
