I agree, you will always bump into people you don't like, and the same goes for doctors... Some are in it only for the money and aren't really concerned for your well being. The best thing to do with that situation is find another doctor who actually cares. Go through 100 if you have to to find that one doctor who helps. Just please don't give up hope.
