I’m kind of anxious right now. I haven’t had much water or eaten much. Probably need to do both. My dysphoria has been a great deal of anxiety for me today. I keep doing mirror checks and taking selfie’s to see if I pass and I asked my mom to cut my hair. Also I’m still dealing with PMDD. In 2 days is when I “supposedly” get it. And honestly all my attempts happened on Saturdays and most of them happened the Saturday before my period. I feel ok with my SH thoughts but I do feel just kinda blah and anxious right now.
