I’m super down and anxious right now for no reason. Probably just PMS. I just took my second Xanax and I ate lunch. I’m hoping both helps. I actually started a pretty interesting book and I read 40 pages in one sitting. That’s an improvement from binge watching the same shows and mindless PC scrolling I have been doing.
