I haven’t felt like eating all day. I didn’t do breakfast the way I was told. I just had peanut butter. Lunch was fine. I got coffee after. I need to eat 2 packages of oatmeal for dinner just to make people happy. There is nothing I want to eat but the oatmeal is the least vile thing right now that I can think of. I know I’m under my calorie goal, probably by a lot but whatever. I’m going shopping in the morning for a few safe foods.
