Thank you for creating this thread. Treatment and prevention plans are an important part of recovery.

Items: I'm using a dehumidifier to help me sleep at night. My routine with my dogs helps me get time outside and up early mornings. I also keep chores scheduled and have added a bit of pampering into my evening beauty routine.

Long-term goals: Honestly, the only goal I have right now is keeping things the same. So much of my life has been moved around and lost. I want to stay in one place and build my relationships, confidence, skills and routines.

Hopefully I am able to keep up with making improvements on myself and my daily life without burdening others to the point of a blow-out.
