I'm sorry that you are going through this.

I know that you don't want to hear it but you are young and better to know now than later that you are not loved. Take it for me, 16 years together and now "I love you but I am not in love with you", "I've faked it for years", "it's not like I don't want to do those things, it's that I don't want to do them with you". Etc.

You have your life ahead of you. It hurts now but it won't hurt forever. It gets better and you deserve someone that loves you equally. Being the one that lives more than the other stinks.
