I had my late-night snack last night. I just had 2 slices of cheese. I guess the protein helped. I'm not hungry and I don't want carbs. I'm thinking of having two boiled eggs for breakfast. I think I am doing well. During the day I am fine. My only trouble area is something really sweet. I don't normally buy sweet stuff, but I had a smoothie yesterday. It was so sweet that I had another one. I can't buy that smoothie mix anymore. I just have to use plain fruit.
