For Wednesday (my to do and remember to do list):
... Shower right after breakfast.
... Put washing machine to work.
... Make the grocery delivery list.
... Scheck my medication list; if I need to renew it.
... Contact my GP.
... Send a NO to a newspaper I don't want anymore.
... Eat healthy in between.
... Take out trash.
... Dusting in the living-room.
... Water the plants in the living room.
... Fill dishwasher and put it to work.
... Rest and relax in the afternoon and in the evening.
(It is too cold and slippery to plan activities outside).
