I enjoy being on the internet too much.
I enjoy eating good food...too much but am dealing with this addiction. I am alcohol free for now in this weight loss journey it contributed to my weight gain 100%.
I love snuggling up with my comforter.
Love getting together with my friend, She is my best friend here, I think we will have lunch on thursday.

eating, drinking, internet, and picking are my four weaknesses. I am trying to turn this around so far doing well.

8 days alcohol free, down 5 pounds gone, picking is under control. I could not spend just 30 minutes on line...but really do need to reel it in.
