Hugs, Artie. This is a really difficult time for multiple reasons, and it makes sense that you're struggling. I'm sorry that you are, but please know that you're far from alone in this. You're not being a baby--or if you are, so am I! At the end of my T session yesterday, I just started sobbing and was like, "I don't know how I'm going to make it through all this." Because it's been going on so long.

I read an article a couple months ago that explained how humans are built to deal with shorter periods of stress. Like maybe something going on for a week or a month or even a few months. But not something like this, particularly something that affects so many areas of our lives. So it makes sense that so many people are struggling. That maybe for the first few months it's like "Great, I can read those books I've been meaning to read," but then as time stretches on, it becomes more unbearable.

Write/talk as much about it as you need to.
