I hope the Latuda helps without side effects. If you do find it helps you, you may be able to appeal the insurance decision, especially if you've tried lots of other meds that have *not* helped. I forget which med it was, something newer that's not generic (possibly Latuda or maybe Rexulti, something like that). My pdoc brought it up to me, but said that insurance often won't cover it unless you can show you've tried other meds first, but they didn't help (or had unbearable side effects). So that could possibly be an option for you, especially if pdoc is willing to vouch for you to the insurance company.
