Try County of ___________ mental health services. Like County of Los Angeles Mental Health Services. You might be able to find someone at one of those types of places that could help you for a nominal fee. It's not good if your voices are telling you to hurt yourself. Next time your voice tells you to do that risky thing involving yourself, please go to the nearest ER and tell them what the voice is telling you to do. They can help keep you safe.
