I found some Amy's Pad Thai. I had that for lunch. It was good and not too heavy. It didn't take long and I was hungry again. So I had some beans and rice. I also use Nutritional Yeast. I prefer real cheese. I use the Yeast to get enough B12 and the rest of my B vitamins. I'm not sure what I'll eat tonight. I may have rice and vegetables with a Stir Fry sauce.
