weight was 193.8 this morning down from 202 January 3rd..
That is 8 pounds in 2 weeks. AF for 12 days.
I will take it. Intemittant fasting, no snacking after dinner, 2 meals a day like usual. no alcohol, lower carbs.
It is working for me.
