Hello, I’ve taken several SSRIs over the years. Currently taking a low dose of Paxil as it helps with my anxiety and some with my depression. My prolactin levels are always on the high side due to low dopamine. Does anyone know of a medication that will help with depression and anxiety that will also keep dopamine levels stable? I need to find a way to keep my prolactin levels within normal range as it can affect other hormones. (We’ve ruled out any other cause for high prolactin). When I took bromocriptine, my levels went down. Also when I was on Adderall, my levels went down. Both boost dopamine levels. Thanks in advance for reading! And helping!
