I smoked for 40 years, but the last five I put down the cigs and started vaping. I finally stopped the weekend after Thanksgiving because I had just been released from IP treatment and hadn't vaped for a week and didn't miss it so I just didn't pick it back up when I got home. Once in a while I still crave smoking or vaping, but it's just not appealing to me any more.
