It's unfortunate to hear about the argument that you had, but I think it's good that one thing that came out of the argument was that you've come to realize that it's time to seek treatment for the mental health problems that you've been experiencing. I wish you luck with finding a doctor that you'll hopefully find to be very helpful, and I wish you luck with making an appointment to see the doctor that you'll end up choosing, as well.
