Welcome to MSF, Transwomen.
I'm sorry I don't think I can answer your question for you. As far as being given a diagnosis of AsPD goes sometimes mental health professionals are reluctant to give someone a formal diagnosis of a mental disorder that is as stigmatizing as AsPD can be. I think this also occurs sometimes with Borderline Personality Disorder.
But as far as why the mental health professionals you've seen won't refer you to someone who can look at your records and tell you yes or no goes, perhaps it's as simple as they don't know of anyone. Or the other possibility is they're just incompetent. I've had some experiences similar to what you describe and I still don't understand what was going on other than that perhaps the so-called mental health professionals I was dealing with were incompetent. (I'm afraid I have a pretty jaded view of the mental health services that are available where I live. Maybe it's like that where you live too?) Obviously I don't know. But, at least from my perspective, I suspect the only person whose going to help you is you... sad to say. I hope you find being here on MSF to be of benefit though.
