Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee with half and half and stevia sweetener
lunch:
muffaleto wrap with a side of chard at sandras which was delicious!
Dinner:
2 medallions of roasted pork tenderloin
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1 lindt dark chocolate truffle
40 minutes on the tred mil almost 2 miles(1.95 miles)
Hydro lounger 10 minutes felt great!
64 oz of water thru out the day.
Picked up a very heavy chair for my work desk,
from a girlfriend who is leaving town to go to atlanta.
They made an offer on a condo.Hope they get it
because it has a gorgeous view, and is smaller
but worth the move to a more liberal state.
Her husband has a budding acting career and
she is a writer of books, travel magazines,
she also is an excellent photographer.
And can make gris gris bags!
She lived in new orleans for 40 years.
any way I survived the dinner party, I think I ate too much
lots of sodium in the meal. I won't weigh again until I feel thinner.
I will miss her. She said she would be back every now and then.
And that we would have lunch if she could. I won't see her again....tear.
Will do a little paper work before we watch an episode of x-files.
