I don't know how to speak in this forum, so I'm going to tread lightly. I'm new to all this, but I think I have a problem. I think I found some problem foods and I talked to another person who gave me some clarity about all this. He wants me to switch from being vegan, but I'm going to try staying vegan. I have Gerd and I overeat. My food plan is to drink Vega plant based protein drinks (I have a brand I like the taste of well enough, but not too well), eat Amy's meals, oatmeal (plain with dehydrated soy milk), oranges, and vegan yogurt. All food groups are represented and there is plenty of protein. Does this sound sane?
