So last night I took an Effexor XR for the second night in a LONG time, went to bed, couldn't sleep same old stuff. Well this morning I was groggy so I took a couple of anacin with caffeine in them and washed them down with a energy drink (I know STUPID). My kids and I were walking in Target and all of a sudden I felt like I was about to die, the sweating, dizziness, tunnel vision, the whole bit. We left and began driving after I felt better and WHAM I had to pull over. This time I had chest discomfort that felt like it shot through my whole body, not pain just a very strange feeling. I have had a couple of attacks years ago but none this bad.
Could all of the caffeine triggered it?
