For severe anxiety that is not a safety issue? I don’t feel like I’m a danger to myself or other people but I haven’t eaten much in days and I’m sleeping really badly and my anxiety is just really out of control but it’s still controllable. Like I don’t have S thoughts. I’m not even having mood swings or anything like that. It’s just straight up bad anxiety. I don’t know what to do and I can’t email my therapist and ask her so I’m just confused.
