I don’t have her number and she is off now until Monday. I’m hoping I can just wait it out a bit. I do plan on talking to her about this at the next session. I change one of my meds on Sunday so maybe that will be the answer. I’m trying really hard to just wait it out. I can call my psychiatrist tommorow if things don’t improve.
