The only things I’ve been consistently eating lately are peanut butter, noodles from soup, and scrambled eggs. I had been eating oatmeal and bananas and crackers but then they started grossing me out. I had a couple soft pretzels in the last few days which were ok. At this point I don’t care if I only eat 3-4 kinds of food as long as I’m eating. This girl I saw on the news was autistic and only eats spaghettios with meatballs and they were having trouble finding them during the pandemic.
Basically if I eat the same things everyday the main thing is to make sure I have a good supply on hand at all time.
I doubt my therapist cares what I’m eating as long as I do actually eat. She understands sensory issues regarding food.
