Why do you have to wait until Sunday? Does it get worse when you take the old one? Would there really be a problem if you switched early? Maybe you could ask a dr on demand if you cant get your own. Or a nurse at your insurance? Mine has a call in line.

And yeah i would be eating whatever. An emptyish stomach might be reacting to the meds?
