It’s my injection that I’m splitting in half and switching to every week and I have to take it at a specific time every week or else I could develop problems if there’s too much in my system. I took it last Sunday so that’s why I have to wait until this Sunday.

I do a lot of research and what I found out is mood swings decrease majorly if you go to every week instead of every other week.
