I really wanted to go IP earlier this afternoon. My heart was pounding super fast and I was dizzy. I was worried my anxiety was starting to affect my heart. I ended up having to just suddenly lie on top of my bed for half an hour. I had vertigo even when lying down and my heart was still pounding. After half an hour I felt better so I ate a couple snacks for lunch. I wish I could take melatonin again but my doctor and therapist don’t want me to take it at all.
Basically they just want me to work really hard on getting onto a better sleep schedule without meds.
