Sarah you are on to something here. Ancient man hunted for food, his diet consisted mostly of meat (this coming from a vegan). Man is made to eat protein and a protein based diet. You can eat plant based protein like peas or whole grains, soy and lentils, but we are designed to eat protein. I feel better when I eat protein too. If you look at the diet at the
