My anxiety was really bad this afternoon. But I didn’t immediately go for another .5 Xanax. I just worked it out myself and I think I feel better then I would have felt if I had taken a Xanax. I think I still took 2 mil but it was earlier this morning.

Yeah there is for sure some addictive behavior going on though. My dad was the same way with pain meds. Yet no one really caught on to him. Especially the doctors who prescribed them.
