I ate different stuff today. I still didn’t eat great but my stomach wasn’t hurting so I was able to eat new things and not have an issue. I had a weight watchers TV dinner at 10:30 and then I ate a little bag of chips and a European chocolate bar at 1:30. I know that wasn’t a good lunch but it made my anxiety so much better. Dinner was a hard boiled egg and a cup of steamed vegetables. I did have a couple unhealthy drinks today which were 500 calories total. So yeah I ate pretty badly today but I didn’t feel sick so I think that’s an improvement.
